Arrivano negli anni '50 le Pin Up con short e camicine seduttive a pois.
Negli anni '60 anche in Colazione da Tiffany la bellissima Audrey Hepburn indossa il suo cappottino a pois come negli anni '80 Julia Roberts in Pretty Women indossa l'abitino in seta a pois! Nel corso degli anni i colori sono cambiati ma il mito del tessuto a pois non è tramontato!
